Abstract :
The evaluation of industrial automation system (IAS) integration to support decisions is critical for enterprise management. This paper proposes an evaluation meta-model, which absorbs the ideology and principles of IDEF0 and defines the essential elements when conducting an evaluation for system. Based on the idea that management process plays a key role on IAS integration, a generic Evaluation Indicators Architecture (EIA) for IAS integration evaluation is derived from the proposed meta-model by mapping Views of GERAM to the meta-model.
