Abstract :
A novel buck-boost ZCS-ZVS power converter regulated by a PWM-control technique is proposed. Soft-switching commutation is achieved for all active devices and, consequently, the power losses and electromagnetic interference (EMI) are considerably reduced. The power proposed converter can be used for low-EMI applications using IGBTs or MOSFETs. The principles of operation, theoretical analysis and experimental results are provided to verify the performance of the proposed power converter topology
