Abstract :
Chemical compatibility of the components in an insulation system is discussed. The sealed tube test, which is used to determine compatibility, is described. Some factors that produce incompatibility are examined. Compatibility problems for which the sealed-tube test, or any that have been derived from it, is not applicable, are considered.<>
