Abstract
We demonstrate an optical frequency locking method using an arrayed waveguide grating (AWG). Four lasers were successfully locked to the transmission peaks produced from the AWG with a channel spacing of 0.8 nm (100 GHz) by using dithering technique. The frequency fluctuation was within 750 MHz and locking range was over 25 GHz.
