Abstract :
A 70-280-MHz fifth-order Chebyshev Gm-C lowpass filter in 0.13--m CMOS is presented. A topological modification is proposed that can improve IIP3 for 10-dB compared to conventional Gm-C filters. Measured spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) is greater than 50-dB. The filter passband response is accurately maintained over four times frequency range by using unit Gm cell arrays and an independent Q tuning circuit. It consumes 21-mW under a supply voltage of 1.5-V and occupies an area of 0.12-mm2.
