Abstract :
An efficient probabilistic public-key cryptosystem based on the Diffie-Hellman problem is proposed. The new scheme is similar to the Elgamal public-key cryptosystem (1985), but is more efficient than Elgamal´s scheme in its transmission efficiency and computational complexity.
