Cognitive, collaborative but secure: How to optimally utilize the network resource [Message From the Editor-In-Chief]

First of all, I would like to share great news with you: We finally moved into Manuscript Central for paper submissions in early June. After a short period of running, we are seeing a significant increase in paper submissions. This seems to convince us that the online review process will serve us - authors, editors, and readers - better and speed up the overall review process. As most technical journals have converged to the online review handling process, we have observed a significant decrease in the turnaround time, and we hope to see the same thing for our magazine and provide a better product.
