Abstract :
As previously announced, the Pacific-Coast Convention of the A. I. E. E. will be held in Seattle, Wash., September 5 to 9, 1916. The technical program has been completed and all but one of the papers to be presented are published in this issue of the Proceedings. Advance copies of all of the papers will be distributed at the Convention.
