This note on the recent Report of the Committee of Inquiry into the Electricity Supply Industry is included primarily for the benefit of oversea readers whose attention has not yet been directed towards the content of this important Report. Not all of the recommendations of the Committee are mentioned in this note, which gives emphasis to those affecting organization and management.
