Directors´ meeting New York, April 13, 1917

The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors was originally scheduled to be held at Schenectady, N. Y., but owing to the cancellation of the Institute meeting which was to have been held in Schenectady, the Directors´ meeting was transferred to Institute headquarters in New York City. The meeting was held at the usual date, Friday, April 13, 1917, at 3:00 p. m.
