Abstract :
The Guillemin-Cauer award for the best paper to appear in the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for the period July 1977 through June 1978 has been presented to Richard O. Nielsen and Alan N. Willson, Jr. for their paper, "Topological Criteria for Establishing the Uniqueness of Solutions to the DC Equations of Transistor Networks", which appeared in the July 1977 issue.
