Abstract
Lens-free on-chip microscopy has many advantages compared with lens-based microscopy such as lightweight of hardware, low cost and improved resolution etc. A microscopy algorithm is proposed in this paper and its merits include high resolution, strong robustness, insensitivity to initial state of the object. Theories related to diffraction are introduced as the premise. 2D log-Gabor filters with different scales and orientations are constructed to extract the features of the captured photo. The reconstructed photo is determined by the extracted features and theoretical calculation. The algorithm is verified with 0.95×0.95 μm2 pixel size image sensor. The experimental results illustrate the effectiveness and high resolution of this algorithm.
