Abstract :
The book summarizes present day knowledge about the analysis and design of active networks. The first three chapters, covering about 20 per cent of the book, are devoted to the review of various ideal network elements and to the analysis. The style of these chapters emphasizes formal definitions. The author chose to analyze practically all networks in his book by manipulations of structures with nullators and norators, and does not rely on standard analysis methods.
