Abstract :
For pt.I see ibid., vol.3, no.4, p.2-6 (1981). The static equations are developed and integrated into a design and analysis software system. New state variable formulation for the Gray-Markel and wave filter are presented. Those state-variable forms provide the formulation for comprehensive filter design and analysis software package reported in part III.
