Abstract :
Some of the key developments in the theory and practice of switched capacitor circuits are discussed. Emphasis is placed on the sequence of important technological breakthroughs that helped advance the state of the art in this field. CAD software for switched-capacitor circuits is considered, and future developments are discussed.
