  • Abstract
    Frances B. H. Paine, a member of the firm of Paine, McClellan and Campion, electrical and consulting engineers, died at his home, 131 Riverside Drive, New York, Sept. 13, 1917, in his forty-ninth year. Mr. Paine, a Fellow in the A. I. E. E., gained his electrical and engineering education with the Westinghouse Company and later was the engineer who was instrumental in installing the power plant of the Ontario Electric Light and Power Company at Niagara Falls. This was one of the first power plants erected there.
