  • Abstract
    Presented is a digital pulse width modulator and dead-time circuit for a buck converter. The circuit allows the characterisation of the power converter over a wide range of operating conditions. It was implemented on a 0.35 m CMOS process and results were measured at a number of switching frequencies.
