Abstract :
In the wireless meter reading system of the high-rise buildings in the city, adopting point-to-point wireless meter reading has the disadvantages of high transmission power and high consumption power for node, so it is inevitable development to ad hoc between meter reading nodes. However, it has the characteristics of the high cost to move the existing wireless self-organizing network to the wireless meter reading system. Based on wireless nodes with the low cost and low consumption power, the paper achieves the automatically networking algorithm between the nodes. The algorithm has low hardware requirements for the node, makes the wireless nodes´ transmission power small, and can achieve automatically routing transfer data between nodes, detecting errors and alarming and so on.
