Abstract :
As the age of the big data comes, it is important for the network working well to measure accurately the data on the high-speed link. Firstly, as the traditional measurement system measures the large high-speed data inaccurately, the paper introduces a novel scalable traffic measurement system which is based on the sampling techniques and the flow management techniques and analysis its advantages. Then, analysing the research status and introducing classic algorithms of the two techniques in detail. Finally the paper analyses and discusses some possible directions of future research.
