Abstract
A general procedure for calculating an equivalent ramp invariant (FOH) continuous-time model corresponding to a given discrete-time model is derived. Only SISO systems having distinct nonzero continuous eigenvalues have been treated. In this respect the presented procedure represents a generalisation of published results and is applicable in identification of continuous-time MIMO models from samples of input-output data.
