I am pleased to make the following announcements: 1. CSEE has signed an agreement with IEEE Mexico Section to cosponsor the 1981 International Electrical Conference and Exhibition to be held in Guadalajara, Mexico from September 30 to October 2, 1981. Professor Victor Quintana of Waterloo University has agreed to be the coordinator for this event. Please contact him at (519) 885-1211, extension 3971. This is a good occasion to send industrial exhibits and technical papers. We can enhance the trade and technical exchange between the two countries.
