Abstract :
The ceremony of the presentation and unveiling of the Weaver Memorial Tablet directly followed the Annual Business Meeting of the Institute, May 16, 1919. This tablet was presented to the Institute, by a group of members, in commemoration of the services of William D. Weaver, now retired and residing at Charlottesville, Va.
