Abstract :
With some keen interest, I have read the paper by Bahia Benhabiles et al., in the October issue of the Magazine. This is a fascinating account of an important investigation of underwater electromagnetic. I was involved, in the early 1960s and 1970s, in related theoretical studies, prompted by my colleagues Don Watt, Doug Crnmbie, and others, in Boulder.
