Abstract :
It is proposed dynamic plotting system of earthquake emergency response based on the wisdom city under the information technology in this paper. From the aspects such as system structure, database, software and hardware platform for the system has been carried on the overall design and planning. The system includes five subsystems: basic information management subsystem of city, thematic map plotting subsystem, earthquake disaster prediction subsystem, aid decision making, commanding and dispatching subsystem and tracing and monitoring subsystem of spot. The functions and structures of the subsystems are discussed in the paper.
