Abstract
Three-dimensional display technology has developed fast in recent years, resulting in gradual attention to ink-style simulation in three-dimensional space. Currently, most studies on three-dimensional ink style drawings aim at the existing three-dimensional animals and plants models, but researches on terrain generation are rare. Based on freehand-ink-style analog in three-dimensional terrain, by simulating freehand-ink-style in three-dimensional terrain, an advanced Catmull-Rom spline interpolation algorithm is advocated, and reduces the next vertex computation in shading and reaches a smoother topography. The results provide a method based on gray-colored ink-style, and an easy speculation of the effect on Ink changes in the terrain changes, thus successfully achieving ink landscape mist misty mood.
