Abstract

Wisdom city is a hot topic in today and gradually entering our lives. This paper analyzes characteristics and practice of wisdom city, as well as challenges and contents of wisdom city´s construction and management. In a case study, this paper proposes a design mode for administrative service center to correspond with wisdom city development. According to conditions and political system of our country, the conclusions of this paper regard that arranging an Information Center as integrated information platform in architectural complex of government´s administrative service center is a short-cut way and even being a premise condition for building wisdom city in China.
