Abstract
Intellectual capital integration is important to regional innovation system realizing technology innovation, and advancing intellectual capital integration performance makes sense for exalting regional innovative ability. Based on defining the connotation of regional intellectual capital integration and its performance evaluation, the intellectual capital integration performance is divided into intellectual capital integration ability and intellectual capital integration efficiency, and then a two-phase model is constructed to evaluate regional intellectual capital conformty performance. Then, the evaluation index systems of regional intellectual capital integration ability and efficiency are constructed, and the empirical analysis of evaluating thirty-one provinces´s intellectual capital performances is done by TOPSIS and Across DEA method. Finally, the thirty-one provinces are sorted into four classes by evaluation resluts, and some suggestions are put forward for them.
