Abstract :
With the development of modern technology and the popularization of computer and network, and means of postgraduate English teaching are more diversification, thus effectively assessment is very necessary for postgraduate English teaching. This paper is mainly effective evaluation based on the multi-factor fuzzy evaluation theory to postgraduate university in English teaching, and proved its validity.
