Research on the Multiple Attributes of Virtual Currency and its Regulation

According to virtual currency\´s developing period, its four attributes and regulation is examined in this paper. Virtual currency\´s commodity attribute, currency attribute, "virtual" attribute and legislation attribute are discussed respectively. Based on its present functions, commodity attribute is proclaimed to be its nature.And then setting up virtual currency\´s access system, censorship, early warning mechanism, crisis management mechanism and improving technology management are explored to improve its regulation. The study provides a theoretical and practical foundation for virtual currency management.
