Abstract :
To solve the problems appeared in the process of the integration of urban and rural development of our country and promote the harmonious development between urban and rural areas, the author introduces the Theory of Organic Decentralization. The article discusses the Theory of Organic Decentralization and the related analytical method and model, and it also expounds the feasibility that the theory can be applied to the study of the Urban-rural Integration. Then, the entire space of urban and rural areas can be regarded as a living organism to study on the basis of the Theory of Organic Decentralization, and few strategies are put forward on promoting the development of urban-rural integration: strengthen the efforts to allocate more resources to the rural areas, do the research of dominated-mode based on small towns and grasp the deep connection between urban and rural areas.
