Abstract :
2×40 Gbit/s WDM regenerated dispersion-managed transmission over transoceanic distances is demonstrated using InP Mach-Zehnder modules. The impact of the channel spacing on system performance is also investigated, resulting in error-free transmission with a channel spacing as small as 200 GHz
