Abstract :
Today´s cut-throat environment means that every resource has become critical. Industry must be able to find skilled staff who can adapt to the flexible demands of the real world. To succeed, we need to improve the vital alliance between the educational and industrial sectors. This article addresses the requirements for this alliance and how this must affect the employee of the future.
