Abstract :
A rail-to-rail voltage follower which is particularly suitable for driving a large MOS transistor (with a high gate capacitance) in feedback systems (op-amp applications, output stages of voltage regulators) is described. This structure does not have any feedback and allows simple designs to be obtained which have good dynamic performance, good stability and low quiescent current
