  • Abstract
    A new form of single longitudinal mode laser has been produced using a 2D lattice distributed reflector grating. The device exhibits typical sine mode suppression ratios of 30 dB with mode-hop-free operation and stable spectra under modulation at 2.5 Gbit/s
