Abstract :
Orthogonal and complete eigenfunctions with resonance characteristics are introduced for the Fourier series representation of the polarisation current inside a scatterer. In addition, using a hybrid algorithm a high-contrast circular dielectric cylinder with a diameter of two wavelengths is reconstructed with multiple incidences of plane waves in the presence of 20% Gaussian noise in the scattered fields
