Sustaining the project

In this issue of EMR we consider a time-honored topic that is at the core of effective engineering: project management. More specifically, we look at several sub-themes that examine the leadership role of the project manager and the need to distinguish the leadership role from the management role. The concept of `leadership?? is a frequent topic of discussion in many professional circles today as the complexity of work and competition for our time and energy continue to escalate.
