Abstract
The Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) was formed in 1982 as a cooperative for implementation of research activities that respond to the generic needs of the integrated circuit industry. It has established a research program through contracts with universities that encompasses the spectrum of technologies that are relevant to integrated circuits.
