Message from the President

In the months ahead we will be restructuring CSEE. The committee structure has not been changed for several years and it seems to have become more or less moribund. The new and smaller executive will attempt to re-establish a presence across the country with vice-presidents and sections where appropriate. There are a few sections still functioning and we hope that in a year or so it will be possible to offer more assistance to enhance their activities.
