  • Abstract
This paper presents a modeling of vector magnetic properties including effects from residual stress in electrical steel sheets. In simplification we have started development of the modeling from the complex-variable E&S (CES) modeling and additionally considered magneto-elastic effect. We call this stress-complex E&S (SCES) modeling. The developed method was applied to analyze a PM motor model core for verification of the modeling. The iron losses and the building factor can be estimated in the simulation.
