A short guide to would-be authors is published on the opposite page. The guide has been drawn up in response to enormous demand on the part of readers who no doubt feel their contributions would do much to improve the already wide appeal of `SQJ¿. While the guide was being prepared for press, the proofs fell into the hands of one of our group editors who requested leave to pontificate a little. Leave was granted, and the results appear below.
