Abstract :
For original paper see ibid., vol.43, no.6, pp.1315-21 (June 1995). Due to a mistake, certain parts of the analysis in the above paper are incorrect. Here we present the necessary corrections. It is shown that the corrected formalism leads to improved reconstructions
