  • Abstract
A method based on pattern matching in the undecimated discrete wavelet transform domain is introduced for the detection of a known transient with unknown parameters in the presence of 1/f noise. Maxima tracking techniques are used to reduce the computational complexity of the matching procedure by an order of magnitude, with minimal performance impact
