Abstract :
Field tests of High Frequency (HF)-Direction Finding (DF) receiver often require deployment of the antennas and transmission of a test signal. It is a difficult task for most of the HF-DF receiver depending on number of the antennas and the distance between them. Even testing simple receiver may take too much time due to field conditions and may be an expensive operation. If a failure occurs during the field test, it can be difficult to determine the source of the error. Therefore, in order to measure the accuracy of HF-DF receiver exclusively, isolation of the HF-DF receiver from antennas and field effects is necessary.
