Abstract
Offices are expensive, underused assets that do not deliver the correct working environment for much of the work that is done in them. Changing the work setting improves productivity and saves large sums of money. Here, the author describes how the change is very much more to do with staff and management, than offices and technology. It is also not as disruptive as it is thought to be.
