Abstract :
In this issue we publish our first “Guest Editorial”, and we are deeply honoured that its author is Dr. James M. Ham, President of the University of Toronto, who, as a distinguished electrical engineer who is also one of Canada´s most distinguished educators, is eminently qualified to discuss the subject of engineering education.
