Abstract
Feasibility of the ferromagnetic nanowire with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) for a highly integrated spin wave guide has been numerically studied with micromagnetic simulations. The spin wave packet (SWP), generated with the pulsed conductor current, propagates through both the right and left turn corners, holding the spatially confined structure. The result demonstrates the two-dimensional transmission of the SWP, utilized for spin-wave-based logic devices.
