Abstract :
A multi-illumination multiview approach to microwave imaging is proposed, which is based on a genetic algorithm (GA). The inverse problem is recast in an optimization problem, solved in the framework of the Born approximation. The formulation of the approach is described and images of reconstructed circular (multilayer) cylinders are reported
