Abstract
This paper presented of third-order sinusoidal oscillator using VDTAs and grounded capacitors. The proposed circuit consists of two VDTAs and three grounded capacitors. The grounded capacitors are suitable for IC implementation. The oscillation frequency and oscillation condition can be electronically adjusted via DC bias currents of VDTAs. The sinusoidal output signals are comprised the voltage and current-mode. Furthermore, the output current is high output impedances and can be electronically controlled the amplitude that are easy for using in AM/ASK communication systems. The performance of proposed circuit used PSPICE simulation. The simulation results are accordance with the theoretical analysis.
