Abstract :
This article presents a voltage mode sinusoidal oscillator using uniformly distributed RC line (URC) and voltage gain amplifier as active elements. The outputs of sinusoidal waveform with 0° from the configuration. The oscillation condition and oscillation frequency (ω0) of the proposed oscillator circuit are tunable by the amplifier gain (K) and the resistance ratio (β). The simulation results by MATLAB and PSPICE are good agreement with the theoretical analysis and also show that very low harmonic distortion is obtained. The proposed circuit is suitable for fabricating in LSI technology.
