Abstract
This work presents a deterministic channel that rules according to inverse a power propagation law. The proposed channel model allows us to derive the lower bound and upper bound of packet´s capture probability in Rayleigh fading and shadowing cellular mobile system. The problem of hidden terminals can be resolved by the establishment of a carrier sense from the base station using modulated codes on the forward channel. In addition, the download information is implemented on the modulated codes. Analysis results and the impacts on various fading environments are provided as well.
